 I love Kimberly Pledger. She is a caregiver to her parents, and a wonderful "Mimi" and Mom, Best of all, I get to call her mine. I have sat drinking a cup of coffee many mornings in our lives when truthfully, I DON'T HAVE ANY AFFECTION FOR COFFEE. I know that must surprise and even offend some who love the stuff. However, my affection is for being with her and in the quietness of the morning hours sharing our lives and thoughts. I drink her!!!

My Sister's Care

Truly the love of an older sister is a unique kind of care. My sister, Stacy, is 7 years my
senior and from my childhood til now has always cared for me with a protective instinct. She is the Miriam who stood nearby to me in times when my future seemed uncertain. She celebrates her 60th birthday today and I love her. Happy Birthday, Stacy!!!
